Youth Opportunities

Young adults of high school or university age are welcome to join the youth executive. The club will offer you the unique opportunity to help this community while developing your leadership skills in a low pressure, flexible and low risk environment. You will do this while also contributing to your heritage in a substantive manner.

The executive typically meets for one hour per month with one or two in-person meeting per year. High school aged executives will receive credit toward their community service hour requirements.

We offer volunteer opportunities for youth. All volunteer hours will be credited to government mandated community service hours for high school students (Grades 9-12).

Volunteer opportunities include, but not limited to:

Raking leaves at the clubhouse

Clubhouse property clean up

Web content creation

Email outreach activities

Event planning (annual meeting, picnics, parties, and celebrations)

Assisting with routine event activities (kitchen duties, serving food, clean up, venue setup, etc ... )
